I am passionate about collaboration. It would be nice to have a more impressive statement for my introduction but I think this is the most honest and accurate one. I am just a regular tech guy that loves to work with people and teams and tries to understand how they interact in organizations.
I worked in big consultancies like Accenture, TELCOs like Vodafone, product companies like AMDOCS, and companies with incredible sustainable growth like atSistemas. I had different roles, firstly technical ones like developer or consultant and later I was involved in management positions like project manager, key account manager or operations director.
Currently, I am the Technical Product Owner of the Productivity Services Team (formerly known as the Collaboration Team) in zooplus, the online pet platform leader in Europe. Basically, I am responsible for the Atlassian ecosystem in the company.
I have a bachelor’s degree in physics, a program for management development from ESADE, and some certifications like Scrum Master, Team Kanban Practitioner and LeSS Practitioner.
Throughout my years of working in diverse environments, I have maintained a fervent interest in comprehending how individuals and teams collaborate. I am intrigued by the stark contrast between companies where operations run seamlessly and it is easy to get things done and those where every task presents a daunting challenge. The aim of this blog is to share my reflections on this topic with the hope that they will prove useful or, at the very least, interesting to some of you. I am eager to learn from your feedback and look forward to exchanging insights.
